REGISTRATION FEES

2. A confirmation letter (pdf) by his/her supervisor should be sent to the organization: vasrod43@gmail.com before 22^nd February 2022. This special fee is not compatible with reduced fee for IOBC members.
3. Access to the technical excursion (with lunch) and Gala dinner.

Regarding the new situation of COVID-19 the IOBC Citrus WG Group Organizing Committee has decided to organize this in-person meeting. This will be a COVID-free meeting, therefore, all measures related to COVID restrictions will be in place and will conform to guidelines that will apply at that time. All participants should have a valid vaccination or disease recovery certificate. Please, check the website for the latest information. The health, safety and well-being of the meeting attendance is our highest priority. Let us stay strong and confident!

Registration fee includes documentation of meeting, badge, technical excursion, coffee breaks, 3 lunches and Gala dinner.

Two rates (IOBC members-non members) will be applied following the decision of the IOBC/WPRS General Assembly, with non-members paying an extra 120 €. Participants applying for IOBC WPRS membership (90 €) before the meeting (see http://www.iobc-wprs.org/index_member.html) can register with this special member reduction. The non-members are therefore explicitly invited to register on the website of the IOBC/WPRS to become members before the meeting.

Those non-members who paid the full registration may become members of the IOBC-WPRS for one year, if they so choose. The registration fees provide access for one year to all documents (bulletins, etc.) downloadable in the “members” section of IOBC/WPRS website. See the IOBC-WPRS website under membership for an explanation of how they can become members (http://www.iobc wprs.org/index_member.html).

Students willing to apply for this special registration fee should submit their applications to the organization before 22^nd February 2022 by demonstrating their status as graduate or PhD student in a Plant Protection field with a letter from his/her supervisor, and they should present a paper (oral or poster) during the meeting. This special fee is not compatible with the reduced fee for IOBC-WPRS members.

The participants for developing countries (according to UN official list) have a fee reduction of 50 €. The IOBC members and participants from developing countries with reduced registration have the same rights than the other members to participate actively in all the Organization’s activities.

The registration fee for accompanying persons is 80,00 Euro. It includes the technical excursion (including lunch) and gala dinner.

To formalize the registration, it is necessary to submit a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Organization by email:

• In order to facilitate the administrative process, please indicate the person or entity to issue a receipt – NIF/VAT; Full name; Address.

After receiving payment, you will receive an e-mail from the organization to confirm your Registration.

An invoice for registration payment will be provided at the venue registration desk. A scan of the invoice can be sent by Email upon request.

Cancelation policy

Cancellations until 15^th March will be refunded 100%, except 20 € of administrative fee.
